Why options all grey out? But paired successfully, and working

But I can't select the functions on app (picture attached)

I don't have that camera buzzing sound... but when I shaking the phone I got heard some noise from camera..

It's different from camera buzzing.. checked on youtube it's called camera rattling sound... can claim warranty too ?
