no issue. still smooth as day one (btw, i always wipe cache after each monthly update). When compared to my another phone, S10+, the extra 2gb ram gain and newer SOC does not translate significantly in daily usage (i don't play game on phone, thus the mileage may vary).

this is the 5th month i using note9. have reset to factory default once after upgraded from android oreo to android pie. so far so good. not lagging. just sometimes can feel the iris+face unlock a bit slow if not rebooting the phone for more than 1 week, a simple reboot will definitely solve this. feature wise.. this phone is unbeatable. it still check almost everything you can find on the current flagship phones or even more. S-Pen alone is a very strong feature compare to other phones.
put aside S-Pen, i bet you can't get the features below with 2.2k on other phones:
- 6.4" Super AMOLED QHD display
- 4k mAh battery
- Samsung Dex feature
- decent camera
- dual stereo speakers which is better than most of the dual speakers you can find on china branded phones.
- iris, face, fingerprint unlock
- flagship status phone
- accessories can be obtained easily everywhere
Thanks guys for the input.
Was comparing iPhone X but it is still priced at RM3.2K+ for 64gb.
Note 9 did has best value for overall package with such attractive pricing.
