Not the only one. I've been facing this battery performance since day 1 of receiving this phone. Worsen everyday. After bringing in and out from the service centre. Still same shit.

If it's by Samsung Service Centre then it's legit and authorized. Those two words are almost the same meaning.
What I can see is the normal device warranty lo. It's not the screen protection though, so if you shatter your glasses I don't think that's covered.

Mine issue was OLED panel spoiled. So they change the entire screen for me, under warranty.

IMO, the price will definitely be slashed like note 9 after a few months. I got my note 9 through preorder last year and its my first time having a flagship phone.

Shocked and sad of course once i know a brand new note 9 cost less than 3k after only 3 to 4 months of the release of note 9.

So lets just wait for a few more months and maybe just maybe the price will decreases as well.

I only like the colors of the note 9, the selfie camera punch hole in the middle made me think twice.

I think samsung malaysia has become smarter, they dont add any tabelts or watches as part of the freebies for note 10. They dont like to see the price of the note 10 start dropping right after people who got the phone and sell it separately
