Now i am in the stage of clean bulk to gain more 8KG of my current body weight. I have keep track my food intake calories and macro nutrient based on bulk TDEE calculation.

Usually a week i will go GYM do a weight training for 5 days and 1 day for cardio (trendmill / swim / bicycle). If i change my weekend plan to muay thai lets say Sat & Sun in a week, will it affect my bulk and muscle growing? Because i think muay thai is quite burn calories.

Thank for your guys opinion.

Bulking and cutting don't go along. Muay thai considered as HIIT/cardio..

What if offset the calorie burnt by eating more? Mathematically suppose to be able to bulk up

Theoretically, yes but the calorie burn in muay thai is pretty hard to be calculated. Sometimes you're in HIIT state, some cardio or even slacking.

You can do it alltogether in like 2-3 days gym and 2-3 days muai thai and then report it here for few more things. Please let me know your current weight here, I have a few friends who practice what I preach. But it doesn't matter in the long run, it could work.
