Hi neighbour. Just booking early this month, after had visited the show unit, and immediately cancel my purchase for LBS townhouse at Puncak Alam. The layout is so much better to me, and the surround area are quite nice 2 me. Not to forget the short distance to KTM station i thinks its a huge bonus with the price tag (townhouse) ..i think the layout design much better than LBS..but this subject to my own perspective..better go see their "sample house" yourself..
