The pricing is somewhere like mentioned, the current access is still via the Kajang-SILK Highway can exit Bangi side and come in from the KTM junction; then another one is the North South Expressway near the UKM entrance, but in the future heard the nearby township got probably access to Bangi Avenue and LEKAS Highway side, so probably can leverage and share the new access together.

If anyone interested with their 40x93 Semi-D (Decca) also can ask here, as nowadays the package getting better and got showhouse can arrange to view too
