Booking for selection only left blk A....

Dont get into this project... Its a trap.
No apdl, took rm 5k booking stated as aspen membership card and no refund if you withdraw. About 1500 bookings taken but being forced to go selection unit and must sign pre - spa to secure unit.
More than few hundred report lodge to tribunal. Do more research...

what a scam.... so 5k is not booking fees and refundable?? why buyer want to sign this kind of booking?

Some dont know... Fish by agents... Receipt given indicates as aspen membership card. Refundable only if 3 banks rejection letter but how to check loan when no apdl.
So guys, beware...

I would say both buyer and developer are greedy. Partial fault to the buyer as paying deposit when they knew the project is not yet approved.

Buyers do not know...mostly first time homebuyer.

I fell for this scam unfortunately, first time homebuyer. How to check similar cases thru the tribunal? During the selection process, those who put the 5k deposit is forced to buy a unit, it’s absurd

some buyers go to search in local authority and find out that there is no submission development order for this project..this is the first step to inform government if u wish to have development on your land..
no DO..for sure no building plan submission to authorities..where to get APDL..what a joke
somemore said need 3 loan reject letter to get refund...enlight me how to apply loan from bank..bank approve ur loan through fabebook advertisement???

Understd that this dev listed in spore and they need this project to be a booster before the AGM on 24th Apr. Hence they came out with this scheme.. Collected min 10mil so called booking during unit selection on 20th and 21th Apr. Without apdl and building plan, buyers are forced to sign prespa and no refund of 5k booking.

Fomo is a effective tool in property market.

Imagine no building plan n no apdl... Pre-sign spa... 5k so called booking non refundable... U dont even know what ur getting inside ur unit

Penang is capital of money game, many will follow promise of money regardless.

sohai one.. many ppl fall into trap.. all trying to grab 238k units?! use brain think also impossible all units are price at that range.. 1.5k units.. majority 1 car park.. for those couple with 2 cars, the external area of building will full with cars.. buy for own stay, definitely is a big NO..

lol so penang now like hong kong need queue up to get units?

File a case on them to the tribunal home, anyone else have done it and get the money back?
