From the way I see, I think its a good one to start with though its Wacom so don't expect it to be cheap compared to its competitor. Regardless, Wacom products are pretty durable so I think you can use it for at least 4 to 5 years. Not to mention, most drawing software comes with support for Wacom right out of box.

So, yes, I think you should go for it.
