Don't need a glove, it really only registers touch from your pen. Giving the tablet a quick wipe down after use and storing it in a sleeve when you're not using it is sufficient to keep it clean.

The only real challenge is getting used to looking up at the monitor while drawing, and dealing with a rather small drawing surface. There might be a teeny bit of latency in the strokes as well.
