Only see basic cooler master casing. Dunno missing side panel or not. It does comes with CM 650W power supply though.
The board looks like a Gigabyte GA-PH67. Display card seems to be a passively cooled AMD Radeon, unknown brand & model. Cannot see if there another second ram card there. Unknown processor model.

If you want anyone to value it properly, a better picture is required.
How many rams are installed (Yours are covered by wires) What graphics card installed. (The sticker on top of the card will show a lot of information) Is the casing complete? (where is the side panel?) I saw a Core i5 sticker on the casing. (assume it is a core i5 installed inside)
So finalize your PC specs here from me,
Intel Core i5-2xxx quad core processor Intel Core i5-2500 3.30GHz 6MB 1050 MHz Sandy Bridge 32nm D2 95W 100 F4 Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz 6MB 1050 MHz Sandy Bridge 32nm D2 95W 100 F4 Intel Core i5-2500S 2.70GHz 6MB 1050 MHz Sandy Bridge 32nm D2 65W 100 F4 Intel Core i5-2500T 2.30GHz 6MB 720 MHz Sandy Bridge 32nm D2 45W 100 F4 Intel Core i5-2400 3.10GHz 6MB 1050 MHz Sandy Bridge 32nm D2 95W 100 F4 Intel Core i5-2400S 2.50GHz 6MB 1050 MHz Sandy Bridge 32nm D2 65W 100 F4 Intel Core i5-2390T 2.70GHz 3MB 720 MHz Sandy Bridge 32nm Q0 35W 100 F4 Intel Core i5-2300 2.80GHz 6MB 1050 MHz Sandy Bridge 32nm D2 95W 100 F4 Gigabyte GA-PH67 motherboard 4GB DDR3 1333mhz ram Generic brand AMD Radeon pssive cooled graphics Cooler Master Elite 310 casing Cooler Master GX 650W 80 PLUS power supply
Most importantly.... can it still be powered on?

QUOTE(judehow @ Mar 24 2019, 02:41 AM) Thanks for spending time for replying Still can power on , my ram is 2 gb ram , no hdd ,side case have The only way you can get RM800 for that is with a hard disk and at least 4GB ram. Assuming you bought new at RM3000 complete for that PC, & the final production year of those processor year 2013, that is a 6 years old PC. With at least you know the parts model, go find it in used market piece by piece, gather the total price and minus 50% and you get your final selling price.
