Hi all,
I have been using prepaid hotlink 365 for many years, but it’s limited by 3G. Maxis told me that I’ll lose 365 if I upgrade to 4G.
So I’m wondering what’s the best telco out there now that offers at least 1 year validity with 4G speed? Thanks.
(I tried asking in the long validity pinned thread which is 3 years old and dead)

limited by 3g is due to the package? or due to old sim card? can apply just to change simcard?

In response to the questions above: Few years ago maxis told me that I can’t use 4G for 365, since the service is no longer available, only exist for old customers. And I’ll need to change to usual prepaid to enjoy 4G. But I think I’ll try again now, since one of u had success with that. My speed is limited by the old SIM card I feel, definitely not phone. I’ll consider the other telcos mentioned above if no joy with maxis. Thanks guys. Edit: It’s as simple as getting a replacement SIM card at the kiosk and now I have 4G This post has been edited by tadasu: Mar 23 2019, 11:14 AM
