Bustari's company was given PDP for Pan Borneo and already songlap billions, leaving those contractor like HSL, Samling group, CMSB and others didn't receive payment at all.
The money flow is like this, government > PDP > Contractor. Bustari took the money and didn't pay out to contractor. Now federal government already terminate PDP contract and re-award to the same contractor previously arrange. |
