Many inconsistencies in the story. Fadillah was appointed Works Minister after contract was awarded, which was before election.

She was Bustari's secretary if I'm not mistaken

Bustari's company was given PDP for Pan Borneo and already songlap billions, leaving those contractor like HSL, Samling group, CMSB and others didn't receive payment at all.

The money flow is like this, government > PDP > Contractor. Bustari took the money and didn't pay out to contractor. Now federal government already terminate PDP contract and re-award to the same contractor previously arrange.

Payment is according to milestones. I don't think they didn't get payment or else the project won't be on target.

My point was Fadhilah and Bustari not connected to each other in LBU contract. Bustari secured on his own without Fadhilahs influence. LBU and 1MDB also two different cases.

Bustari owns LBU & fadilah is head of JKR.
Looks conflicting enough to me

By mere fact that the brother is works Minister should oredi raise flags

My earlier post mentions timeline reported is wrong LBU awarded to Bustari before Fadhilah was works minister. If you want to prove something is wrong make sure all the facts are right, Sarawak Report supposed to be legit whistleblower. I'm not for or against BN, PH or whosoever.

lol whut? fadilah was the minister of public works from 2013 - 2018. LBU signed first PDP contract in 30th June 2015. So which fact is right now?
So do you think fadilah is not part of the high committee in determining which company is eligible to participate in pan borneo?
