Presenting, a new motherboard from Tforce Family.

Biostar Tforce TP35D3-A7 Deluxe

Isn't it lovely? wub.gif
The only weakness that i see in the motherboard is two things.

1) There's only one PCI-E X16 slot sweat.gif
2) Why the hell the Molex connector is there? It's in the wrong place la, later hard to do cable management. sweat.gif

i guess the most lovely board should be the p35d3-a7-deluxe..

coz from my experience, p35 is much better than 680i sli, in terms of overclocking, stability, and speed.. biggrin.gif

Nice boards, again the Biostar Tforce TP35D2-A7 has poor Power connectors placement. Same case like the 965PT, looks like they never learn. ( plug and migrate chipset)

Good mobos with aggresive products, they do produce good boards, but often crippled by buggy BIOSes.

molex port is there for providing power to graphic card and ensure stability. that's is what stated in most mobo booklet. i never bother pluging it though.

TP35D3-A7 Deluxe look very nice especially orange plus white scheme. anyway, i'm happy with my gigabyte P35-DS3P rclxm9.gif

I like the fact that they use clean and nice heatpipe design on the mobo. Not like Gigabyte that really just try to throw in as many heatpipe as possible...

I wonder if it really is 100% AM2+ compliance, with all the split power lanes, HT3.0, etc.

installing 8800GTX on that board basically leave only 1PCI slot, unless u squeeze and plug in two. this is first time i notice amd board with phase regulator. guess it's requirement for AM2+ and AM3

Yeah, that's the weakness on biostar.
They should at least make some Tforce boards that uses P35 chipset but still on DDR2, yes there is, but that one is ugly.
The Deluxe design is better, but it lacks the support for DDR2.

Stupid biostar. sweat.gif

No.
I said, P35 chipset has native support for DDR3.

But, it depends on the motherboard too.
If the motherboard doesn't have DDR3 slots, how to support DDR3.

I only said "Intel P35 Chipset Has Native Support For DDR3".

Capiche?

Yea, the design is nice alright.
But the weakness is the support of DDR2.
Why must they jumps straight to DDR3? doh.gif

There already a review done by windwithme, just need to look for it. That mobo " Not Bad at All, I must Say" based from windwithme review. Same goes to Biostar TA690G. rclxms.gif I'm getting it by end of this month heheheheheh

The look for both TF680i and TP35 is nice, black boards and also TX38 with black green rclxms.gif

TF7050-M2 is nice, similar to TA690G-AM2. Main difference is vga. If you're planning to use vga, I would say TA690G performs better based on 3dmark from windwithme review

kingston value ram DDR3 1GB is around rm400 each... so unless the mobo can support ddr2 otherwise we really need to wait till ddr3 price going down... x38??? it's a replacement for 975 chipset rite??? but i think p35 might oc better than x38 as 975 not too much of a oc mobo...

shawty, do u have any idea how much the p35d3 cost???
