I just realize I couldn’t find my safe deposit box key and I’m wondering what is the procedure to replace a new one? I’m using RHB bank..thanks

go talk to your assigned private banker and go through a few interview/validation and settle

at least that's what i did when i lost mine, but if your account with this bank have no individually assigned adviser then.... call bank and ask how?

Just goto the bank and report lost key. They will get some guys to drill the safety box to open it up. And need to pay some penalty fees...if not mistaken below rm500.
