Since quite a lot of people asking about car wash/polish/wax from time to time, thought it might be a good idea to start a thread for recommendations/reviews. I'll start with the ones I've tried within KL/PJ area.




Shine Shine Kelana Jaya

Price: RM8 car wash (member), RM12 car wash (I think, for non-member)
Comments: Washed my car a couple of times here, didn't feel the car was clean enough as they have a lot of customers in the weekend (rushed job). Car polish/wax wasn't great either, and I got conned by the manager there to buy windscreen coating.
Verdict: Not recommended.

Shine Shine Puchong

Price: cant remember as I bought the package for polish/wax last time
Comments: Left my car here for half a day for polish/wax to remove hairline scratches, but ended up getting new scratches for my car (only realised this after reaching home). Some scratches are quite deep somemore. Very very disappointing.
Verdict: Not recommended.

Comments: Usually ok for quick car wash although it's an unnamed car wash centre. Can get quite busy sometimes.
Verdict: OK for quick wash

Price: RM128 (SUV meguiar wash + vacuum + hand paste wax + nano mist)
Comments: 3 worker. 1 wash 2 drying Handled. and waxing done by hand by all 3 of them. Very detailed process. spend almost an hour. no other cars.
Verdict: Very details and recommended. but please go when not peak time. applicable to all carwash i think.

cheap and good service.
wanted to shoutout for him as he is very honest and good.
knowledgeable, doesnt simply use any type of shampoo / chemical. clean everything, wiping interior and exterior very detailed.
nearby houses always pass him the key and he handles them well.
wanted to help him with his business although weekend always crowded with alphard and mercs, but still shoutout for him

Any other recommended car wash area in Puchong that does good satisfactory polishing?

Any comment on Vwash at Bandar Puteri? Is it good?

Doesn't simply mix cloth for upper body, lower body, window, interior.
Insuring your car is all clean.
They take feedbacks when consumers find any missed spot.

Try it out. They are newly opened in Balakong, Cheras.

They are very detailed and the services are absolutely professionally
The price is reasonable too

does anyone knows if there are any hands free aka touch-less car wash around KL? Its a wash by machine but without human hands and mechanical brushes
