For Samsung push/pull lock, it's safer to get it from local supplier but the price is significantly higher.
There are many cheaper "imported set" but the risk is the pull/push direction may be incompatible with Malaysian's door. Please make sure you check this.
And there are also higher risk of faulty mainboard in older model... not sure the new one.

From what I understood, they use some sorts of EMP device to disrupt digital lock circuit.
It's up to whether the lock will default to "unlock" state after being disrupted to "reboot" or "in faulty state".
The success rate is still unknown for every digital lock.

I may consider to buy a unit for testing later. :-)

Although mine is not Samsung, but I got my gateman at 30% price of what Yale Malaysia is charging. similar front but different back module.

Yale digital locks in Malaysia are re-branded from Gateman Korean.
Don't be surprise if the Yale Malaysia and Yale USA digital locks are incompatible.
Essentially, we are comparing two Korean brands here, Samsung vs Gateman (Yale Malaysia).
Of course, Yale version has some customized versions for Malaysia market like cylindrical and grille types but the core is still Korean.

I don't have a Samsung digital lock... no comment about its robustness.
I'm using a Gateman Z10-IH for some years and it has never given any single problem... not even once. Of course, your mileage may differ.
