Hi, just wondering, Has anyone here ever download and install updates from HP Support Assistance like in the picture?

for me if I feel computer nothing wrong I will not update it

I've had some experience with them, and my answer is:

Unless if you explicitly need them, it is not necessary to have it even installed. And I am also referring to HP Support Assistant. They are just some optional stuffs HP push on HP branded computer.

Is it safe if I just uninstall this HP software?

Doesn't look like critical updates. I'd only install the hardware driver updates and not touch the HP ones.

In most cases it will be fine.. In fact it might save some processing power on your system as it will not periodically check for updates from HP server, but you will lose HP online support services.
