Just visited One East sales gallery, only 65 units, very low density.
There has 6 types of layout.

Sales Person said this project will using face recognition system in common area like lift, lift lobby access & facilities area access. Also, using license plate number to enter carpark. (sound interesting & high tech)

Price psf is RM 900++

Just asked the sales person, he said " will using high quality aluminium & window glass, so when all window & door closed then will rarely can listen the noise , but if open window / door, then sure may hear some sound:sweat:"

Secondly, for Friday prayer time, he said developer will widen the main road in-front the building and also for working adult that time sure is working at office so seldom will meet the prayer traffic prob (sound like truth ).

Like the concept, the design, the facilities and high tech system, coz seldom see in the market.
