If the standard of either the facilities or education are top notch then theres no prob giving them money. Have you seen the IMU campus? Komanwel 1998 shopping mall as their campus lmao.

Imu is one of the strictest among all unis. From what I heard, the fact that he is under JPA special arrangement makes it slightly more complicated. And also to prevent legal implications,  counselling and psychiatric evaluations need to be done first before you can kick safely.

I wonder how rich that fellas family is if thats the case.

On a personal level , no I don't agree wo let him go Scot free. However putting myself in IMU shoes, I'm not sure I can handle it better.
