i bought my probiotic from the Watson... i know antibiotic need to prescript by the doctor thats why i didnt buy it and just take probiotic only. is it ok just take probiotic only?

Umm ... I don't think that you need to take anti-biotics to consume probiotics, but then again, I am no doctor

Yes, sure you can take probiotic only. But it would not do any good for the acne.

Because it is the antibiotics that help to fight the acne. Not the probiotics.

However, antibiotics kill a range of bacteria including the good ones. Hence the recommendation that you take probiotics to restore the good bacteria colony in the system.

its like somebody when first time eat yogurt, they will have stomachache and watery stool, quite normal, you may go back to check with watson pharmacist if symptoms continue, there are a lot of causes of acne, can try some detox program also, i personally do have this issue, can't help much.

Just focus one thing at a time. Acne is a biatch and sometimes the more stuff you do to your skin the worse it gets.

time to learn some basic knowledge
don't simply prescribe medication

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for you, especially your digestive system., and also it can fight with reduce inflmmation in your digestive system so it wont produce more acne in ur face/back. am i correct?

Live bacteria yes, yeast probably not.
Doubt probiotics will help for acne, at least not directly.
