frist i want to congratulate u that u get kg E. it is a nice kg, got wireless but need to pay, got 2 small grocer's shops, cyber cafe, not need to walk outside to take bus..... so kg E is the most luxurious hostel among kg ABCD. but i think it is worst that u get kg E during ur orientation week .. cuz during that week there may be no buses will provide for newbies.. so u guys have to walk here and there with ur own legs for one week.. since the kg E is very very far from other kgs and places, so that time u will know lah.. (those who get kg ABCD are very lucky) hope u can get back kgE after the orientation week la
about the roomate... we found out that the roomates during last year orientation were arranged according to birthday.. it's true cuz last time my two roomates' birthday are closed to mine.. one is same birthday with me and another is the next day..two of them are same race with me... but this year i dun know how they will arrange la.. i just wanna share what i know
but dun worry too much la.. ums is a great and pretty place.. sure u will like it when u step in there...

ya..i dyed my hair when i first stepped in ums but the colour not very bright..when i daftar the kehadiran ke kolej kediaman, they took all the names of those who had dyed their hair and forced us to dye black again.. some of us din do it cuz we are newbies and dunnno go where to buy the color..however nothing was happened during the orientation week so my advice is just let them copy ur name and pretend that u will color ur hair to black, they won't check u cuz they dun have much time of cause like youhei_mito said, i dye my hair every now

about clothes.. there have 3 days in a week that need to wear formal (monday, tuesday and thursday). the other days u can wear what ever u like. i think round neck collar shirt and jeans are allowed as all of us also wear like that in ums. u also can wear casual to kuliah during formal days if u dare or ur lecturers dun care. just because i am dared and my lecturers dun care, so i never weared formal to kuliah in my 1st year
p/s: dun follow my step cuz what i am doing are considered "bad"
