im going to be a 2nd year student soon....
yup there's 2 ums campuses...one in kk(induk) the other one is in Labuan...all the international courses is in labuan...as for me, im in labuan taking international marketing

labuan hostel quite nice...the hostel sort of like an apartment or flat.. got kitchen in it,balcony, ...3 bedrooms..nice place to study...but not the kind of place to shop

last year students selected to study in labuan stay at kg E...nice place...
just to remind those who get kg E...during the orientation dont wear ur expensive formal shoes... it will ruin by the end of ur orientation....trust me!!!

do not unpack ur belonging..
just pretend dat u sick if u dun wanna join the activities....(that's wat i do, tak pernah katoi) huhuhu

one more thing for those going labuan...dun get frustrated when u arrive in labuan...try to adapt to the environment...n have fun!!!!!!!!

in labuan we also wear flip flop to lecture hall....even on a formal day...ums pak guard very very very x kisah...huhuhuh

must be open minded, be crazy, and also have to be talkative person....if u dun like the course u can change it during ur 1st two weeks i guess...

i din get it...but most of my friend who came all the way from trganu,perlis, johor, perak got it...but in 2nd sem they kinda miskin...huhuhu...me from KL....

normally the registration in dewan canselor...will go kampung by kampung...the bus will be provided...if u miss it then jalan kaki lorr...they all akan bagi arahan which kampung will go 1st...usually kampung a...kampung e prolly in evening or 1pm

u can go to kk via ferry (3 hours n if im not mistaken rm28 for student)....if u had a chance buy ur laptop in ums pcfair...labuan expensive n they only give u mug as a gift while in kk mayb printer bodoh as a gift...
if u buy laptop from ums pcfair(kk) u can get rm200 cheaper than labuan (same brand same spec)...

bring along ur jeans n cargo pants...in labuan u can wear jeans to lecture hall (not on a formal day)...for first few lecture try to be good lorr...then ...
beside u dun wan to jalan2 in town wearing ur formal attire kan...

international student from china wears jeans every single day...yet tak kena saman pun...

buy it in labuan or kk la...share with ur roomate 1st during orientation...i bet u're going to stay in kampung e...there's a small shop selling iron...

my advise to those of u going to UMS PLSSSSS pay the fees via internet..!!! if u pay cash u'll need to wait for a loooooooooooooong time b4 it's ur turn....some have to duduk bersila outside dewan canselor...!! my friend paid cash and have to wait more than 4 hours!!!!

lucky me paid via internet...came at 9am...out of the dewan canselor by 9.20am...then can jalan2 in town already!!!
during the registration day(2-3 days if im not mistaken) u can go out...even if they said u cant...curi2 keluar...when the orientation officially start u can't go out nemore...u jam-packed with activities...

can do in sabah since the result out in 2 weeks times right??? they accept private n government...just register 1st then go do medical check up later...

in my case, they will give u another 2 weeks once u finish ur orientation...need not to worry bout it

last year they set up booth for sahkan sijil in dwan canselor...tambah 1 kerja lagi lorr...just remember bring ur original copy whenever u go to dwan canselor...if not they wont clarify for u...

ahakz...me in labuan already...
me also kinda shocked that junior got room with double decker bed in it...so sempit!!! last year no double decker bed...

me got single room but 2 bed in it...how stupid laaa....bikin sempit bilik....
