Hi, I plan to choose environmental science in UMS. Can seniors out there explain about what to study or anything about the course? 

hi, anyone know the exactly date for convocation this yaer?

A couple of quick questions to clarify some things.

According to this UMS calendar
Registration of new students is on 2 September 2012 but in the offer letter on the web, it states 1 and 2 September 2012. So, which is which?

Also (I had no idea about this), after the registration and during the Minggu Suai Mesra, will we be given a hostel room to stay?

Appreciate if anyone could help.

Kampung AB seems like the kolej kediaman in my offer letter. Hah.

You mean the hostel given by UMS will be nearer the campus you study? So, it would be like the campus you stay is depends on what course you are going to study?

last time they used to take in around 50-70 students.. now i think lesser.. maybe around 30+ hehe.. all engineering kinda have a lot ppl.. cause normally they will try to fill up the vacancy.. thou no one applied for that course..

To me, I think only the medical students and the food students are arrange in the hostel according to course.. others is not. yea.. i remember when i wait for bus.. i rather walk.. haha..

Graduated? haha..

hahaha.. i stayed in kampung ab.. so walk until there only.. lolz.. then 2nd year got a car.. haha.. life is so much easier and enjoyable.. haha

halo seniors...i wan to ask is the surat tawaran,aku janji,etc must printed with colour(the ums badge) or black n white also can?

Hey Seniors, how do i check which kampung i'm offered to? And i have a question it's not really concern about education, is there any restriction on the student's hairstyles, hair's color, etc?

any1 doin engineering?

I not sure other schools, but SKTM lecturers kinda picky about student's dressing..especially those profs..Just dun go to exam looking like a monkey then can liao..

That onli applies if u get less strict lecturer, but if you got the prof type, they want to wear formal without fail and will do checking.If you fail to adhere to their rules, they dun let u inside the class.That is wat i experience before la.
