How to get back money paid to unfinishd coproject?, progress payment, but developer MIA

Hi,
Does anyone know how to get money paid to developer if developer could not complete the job. I bought a unit near RTC Tunjong and the developer MIA. Since it is progress payment and not loan, the law firm said that need to fill in some form with KPKT or so. But I am not sure how the process is to get back the money owed. So far paid I think 25%. Thanks for the advice. |
