Hi, I am a male that is currently having roaccutane treatment for almost 2 months by now.

Previously I have consulted my dermatologist that it is fine for male to have roaccutance while planning to have baby except for female as it will cause birth defeats.

I am planning to have baby and I am still worried. Can I confirm if it is really okay for male patients ????

perhaps you can find a gynaecologist around your area to ask about this. At least, they would know better as they are the specialists.
