Using cards from different banks at the same time will unlikely be curtailed, as it breaks no bank rules, and the banks don't coordinate with each other anyway, so they don't know....

For their Priority/Preferred VI card, no such requirement but must have AUM meeting the Priority/Preferred requirement.

So it is actually 3 free entries and then spending requirements subsequently, on first activation and EACH calendar year. It starts now, previous usage this year are reset, and you get 3 free entries the rest of the year.

E wallet top ups count as eligible spending.

DragonPass is mainly AsiaPacific, quite comprehensive. As I recall, it doesn't cover global PPLs.
