I have a public bank visa signature credit card, 2 access. Can I use it at one time to enter 2 pax to the lounge?

applied a visa signature ambank card on 4th october, just got to know from ccris that application is approved...
after 5 weeks.... then also got to know.. only can use in klia and penang international departure.. so sad...i thought can use in langkawi |

Anyone applied bank rakyat cc before? I tried to apply due to the mentioned 3 times access. Then I received this sms.
It makes me looks like scam sms at first. Haha. But do anyone of u know what is the TEMPOH KONTRAK 3 TAHUN, harga JUALAN 38.5k? First time receive such thing when applying credit card.
