QUOTE(limeuu @ Mar 19 2019, 08:45 PM) If by criteria, you mean spending criteria like for ambank, that is not decided by the lounge.....the lounge will just determine contract with the bank, capture the entry, and leave it up the bank to deal with you....the bank will then look at your spending and determine free or charged.... If it's the number of entries, the lounge has no access to such information, so you have to keep track yourself. I keep a note on my phone.....all my cards, and list all dates and lounges used....so will never exceed..... Last time I went to SG PPL, I ask how many free entries have I consume . The lady swipe my MBB VI card in the terminal and right away tell me. I think certain banks like MBB allow their data to be shared with PPL?

There will be sign of no sleeping on couch. Whether they enforce it - not sure.

QUOTE(YH1234 @ Jun 17 2019, 01:54 PM) i was back from kaohsiung the other day, i manually chk in since there is luggage. the boarding pass left with me is a small piece of paper which is without any barcode. the klia2 aerotel ppl don't accept that piece of paper as they cant scan it, they suggest i use a credit card that don't need boarding pass which i did bring along. 1. i really have do idea until now what sort of boarding pass they talking abt since i just follow the procedure and process accordingly. 2. there are credit card that don't insist of boarding pass hmmm... Boarding pass is issued by the airline. Which airline doesn't have barcode at the boarding pass?

QUOTE(digidigi @ Jul 8 2019, 04:52 PM) Not cheap also also lea, if sleep 6 hours also need 100 ++ sgd, and only can sleep one adult .. QUOTE(limeuu @ Jul 8 2019, 05:37 PM) Yes.....if for 2 pax, then a 6 hr block in a transit hotel is best....about SGD130..... Otherwise just camp at the Krisflyer lounge..... If I am alone I do the later.....if with wife, then hotel loh..... When Aerotel just started, I paid only S$50 or U$50 to use their 6 hr Single Room. Very worth it. Got 1 time free upgrade to Twin Room. If you have time can use their gym and Swimming Pool

Changi is an efficient airport.
Last month I had delayed arrival at T3 by 1.5 hrs from London.
My wife and I we hurried disembark > clear T3 custom > take our luggages > push our trolley to T2 landside > board shuttle bus to T4 > check in luggages (jump queue telling them URGENT) > clear T4 custom > board Airasia flight (among the last to board)
One flight to another all within 45 mins

OT but for those transiting in HK airport, can consider getting their iPhones there:
1. Cheapest in this region - no tax 2. Their model comes with dual nano-SIM. Unlike us here can only insert 1 no-SIM + eSIM 3. Earn extra points in Foreign Currency spneding for those who are into accumulating points or Miles

QUOTE(veron208 @ Dec 19 2019, 09:33 PM) Plan to enter the lounge in Changi Airport with my wife and 2 kids (5yo and 9 yo). Going to apply for Ambank VI with supp for my wife. Any recommendation how to bring in my kids for free ? Ask nicely and pray for luck. I have 2 SATS lounge vouchers but I manage to bring my kids (7 & 10 yo) + wife. The counter lady reckon we will leave in less than 1 hr to catch our flight
