PPL KLIA2 just intended to spent time and makan before departure. no premium feeling and it is the only KLIA area allowed domestic flight entrance.

There are several lounges in the satellite building which are not part of the PPL chain. They will need to negotiate with the banks separately for access.

That's does not mean the UOB is "bad". Eg, the new Travel Club group have very limited arrangements with banks at the moment, despite being in operation for more than a year.
