Mostly KLIA2, but if have KLIA together is good also

Just used lounge services in airport for the first time and it was seamless.
The front counter has their own listing of accepted cards with free lounge services. They will ask for our boarding ticket, and after they verify if my card is in the list, they will then ask us to insert the card in their terminal to "charge" it. Receipt will also be given.

There is no separate menu as far as I'm aware, and extra charges i guess will be levied if you go over the allocated free access time. 

For PB Visa-I card, max free access is 3 hours. Based on my picture for price per hour, there is no 3 hour visit but value should be approximately RM250 - RM320 range

Does anyone know if lounges around the world allow access for 2 different person, based on 2 cards (but with same name)? I have the CIMB and the Ambank VI under my name, but the ho chi minh lounge doesn't allow me to use the 2nd card for another person.

Only if you don't have checked in luggage on arrival. Otherwise you will.need to quickly go and collect your bags.

Or uf you are on transit.

The ppl is in T1. Some banks allow use of the Green Market in T2.
