Klia2: gateway, aerotel, tgm
Penang: domestic departure
KK: domestic departure
Kuching: domestic departure

Another list of use is the cards allowing supplementary cardholders to enter as well...

Ambank vi/wmc (separate entitlement)
Rhb vi/wmc/Vs (separate entitlement)
Pbb (combined)

Yup SG lounges nvr fail me when I ask, even politely tell me my quota ran out.

They are all under PPL, why can it be so different? I suspect more to staff willing or unwilling to go the extra mile
