Last time some people lepak at Plaza Premium Lounge @ KLIA Satellite building till early morning. The place that you can drink free hot chocolate/coffee/tea when you feel cold.
Not sure it is still opens 24 hours or not.

Only 1 lounge in the landside: Aerotel PPL. They only open till 9pm, asked last week, no plans to open 24hrs like before Covid, "not enough late flights".

I have stayed in a lounge overnight twice, both in Changi, pre-Covid. One was in a now defunct 3rd party lounge at T2, no limit on time hence they allowed me to stay. The 2nd was in the T1 PPL, where they swiped 2 separate cards to allow me to stay 6 hours overnight. There isn't actually proper places to lie down, and it's bright, and noisy with passengers coming and going. Not pleasant. I would rather pay for a transit hotel, but both times, booked out.

Which terminal? Most shops close after midnight la. Just rent a 6 hr Aerotel stay in transit area with comfortable bed, meal, gym and even swimming pool access to relax

Is it worth if pay for discount for bring another person?
How many hours can stay inside if using PBB card at KLIA2?
Is all the food and drink inside PPL is can be eat and drink for free?

yes, i understand that we cannot bring friends masuk with same bank. I was refered to the public bank rules that
"Complimentary access is non-cumulative for Eligible Cardmembers who are holding more than one (1) principal Eligible Credit Card.
Total complimentaryaccess will be based on the allocation for the highest Eligible Credit Card level. "

even I have 3 Public bank cards that able to masuk lounge, but it is non cumulative..
So RHB can cumulative? 
(i dun bring friend masuk lah, just myself, 5 times seems need to kira here kira there for whole year, but if 10 times, seems very nice and can use without thinking too much)
