If I rmb correctly, the slip print out follow card display name.. just same as the credit card slip that we get from merchant.. In Australia, you can’t use if the name doesn’t match. |

QUOTE(wyen @ Jul 29 2019, 10:31 PM) Still unlimited but some KLIA2 PPLs will no longer be applicable from 1st August onward. The affected ones are all before immigration, so can only use the Wellness Spa and PPL after immigration. |

Basically the same move as ambank last year.....removed all domestic travel accessible lounges..... |

QUOTE(limeuu @ Jul 30 2019, 07:51 AM) No idea why Standard Chartered Bank removed Aerotel Plaza Premium Lounge.Since boarding pass is a must to present and obviously he/she is traveller. Lounges after immigration are not really attractive and place is small, but still, better than nothing. |

QUOTE(kons @ Jul 31 2019, 06:06 AM) it may work if used within the first few days of the month. however, it will be scary if we swipe the card to access the lounge only to be billed later after the bank calculated we are not within the first 250 users.any existing card holder can share his/hear experience? |

As a general rule, I avoid cards with fix number of entries per month.....too difficult and uncertain....
Stick to unlimited entries with or without conditions, or fixed number per year.... variables within my control.... |

Hi experts,
I know I should not have ask to be spoon fed. I have done research based on the first page recommendation, but with so many cards and requirements plus hidden conditions, I am worry I will make the wrong choice. I make around 100k a year, which cards are the most hassle free way to let me and my partner to get into the lounge for around 3 times a year (6x for two). Just the Malaysia's lounge is suffice. They can be combination of cards from two different bank if that is the only mean to get my partner in as well. I am hoping to get cards with FREE annual, or with low annual waive requirements as well, if any. Thanks guys. |

QUOTE(Xaphier @ Aug 2 2019, 10:00 AM) Hi experts, From my personal experience, I suggest you look into the following cards:I know I should not have ask to be spoon fed. RHB WMC, HSBC VS, Aeon, AMB WMC, PBB WMC Generally, CC is offering lounge access in hope that you bring them along during overseas trip (yes, most of us will only bring 2-3 CC along). Hence, most bank has cut down lounge access for domestic traveling, only can access to lounge in international departure. For int'l departure, both RHB and HSBC are quite good. RHB has no AF while HSBC, you need to swipe once a month for AF waiver. If you managed to bump your salary to 120k (after include bonus / passive income etc), you can opt for AMB which gives you a lot more options for overseas lounges, no AF but you need to spend RM500 for each access. For AMB, you can supp a card for your partner, where it allows supp card holder to enter with his/her supp card. Aeon is still good for domestic traveling (if not mistaken). Same for PBB, but it only has 2/3x access (combine with supp). Last but not least, most of the cards only allow 1 access / day. Meaning KL - Sg (transit) - XX, you can't use same card in both KL and Sg. |
