each CS will tell different stories and wouldn't know which is the correct answer.
sometimes I think LYN give more accurate information than CS

unlimited access

Is there a mistake ?

Unlimited for their private banking customers

They have 2 classes of the two cards....the ordinary card with limit 5 entries a year with minimum spend requirement.....

And the priority banking signature version with unlimited entries without pre-condition....

usually no. same card cannot be"swapped" twice unless explicitly allows "a guest"

most of the time ppl (meaning me) use 2 different cards to bring non-holders in. Though these days PPL expects different banks (so cannot use Ambank Visa and Ambank Mastercard for the same visit)

No, you can't. You need two cards to swipe your wife in.

Not all cards allowed supp cards enter PPL access.

PPL KLIA has improved on food quality . Taste more better today when i enter. And also upgraded to new chairs and table too . Good move

The chairs look the same, but with new covers.....was just there 2 weeks ago, with the old upholstery....

Foodwise, they added another station just outside the old area, cooking pancakes.... otherwise not much improvement.....

yes new rule now. previously all sup card holders can use free.

Now they cant use lounge free unless they are also preferred member,
silly T&C, if they are preferred they can get their own cards, why need to be a supp?
T&C should just state supp card holders not allowed free access.

From PPL staff I talked to, banks complained, so now blanket rule same name cannot use 2 different cards from the same bank to admit ppl in.
