hi all, is there any way to check the balance of lounge access ourselves for any of the cards we have, e.g.:

Citibank Premiermiles
CIMB TWE

Or do we need to call customer service?

Or do we need to ask at the PPL lounge? Does PPL and Travel Club link to the same system?

Looks like the travel club and PPL have separate quotas.

Yes, you earn 100 points for each PPL entry. Only works on PPL lounge

Last time this program is known as Arrture then rebrand it Smart Traveller.

It takes ages to accumulate enough points to redeem the rewards though

I redeemed once .. still left 6000 points..

Can I confirm for cards with a spend criteria, if I am traveling twice a week, and the spend criteria is like X amount within 30 days +/- the date of lounge use, then does one time spend qualification allow me to redeem multiple times?

Or do I need to spend that amount once per each lounge use?

Let's take AEON platinum card as the example, if needed.

Hello, for domestic flights departing KLIA1, is the Travel Club lounge the only option ? If so that means only the UOB card is accepted right ? Any other options?

Honestly, if arrivals I just want to go back home as soon as possible after traveling. I don’t even want to stay any longer in the airport because exhausted and all. laugh.gif I only tried once many years ago at KLIA2 when Green Market was still existed.

Depends on individual. Some people plan just to arrive at dinner time then go for a free dinner and beer before heading home.

Anyone tried using the CIMB TWE card at Ho Chi Minh international departures? It's listed as available for the domestic Le Saigonais lounge but not sure if the international one is open for these cards too...

Hi Sifus

I'm looking for CC which can bring supplementary card holder to access the lounge. Currently I'm using uob privi miles elite. Any other recommendations? I remember seeing one excel sheet which detailed out various card comparison. Can anyone share it with me?

In addition to the above, RHB VI, Ambank signature cards.

There is a post in the first page on this, although not updated for a long time.

Should use this thread to provide an up to date list. Which CC still valid for which lounge e.g. KLIA1 or 2, or other cities or countries, how many entries, entry requirements, valid for domestic or not, can bring supplementary or not

The Smart Traveler app now allows you to register your credit cards, where you'll only need to show a QR from the app to enter the lounge, and also see how many times you have used it.

I registered a card at PPL and also received a bonus 888 points. Not bad.

Hi all,

I will be flying to Kota Kinabalu through AirAsia in May. I have M2P and this is my first time having this card, would like to know what the recommended lounges for departure is in both KLIA termina 1 and terminal 2. And what is the tips or anything that I shall know?

Terminal 1:
1. Plaza Premium Lounge International Departures, Contact Pier, KLIA Terminal 1, Contact Pier 21 - Lounge Use 3 hrs

Terminal 2:
1. Flight Club 'grab n go' Level 2M (next to Aerotel Kuala Lumpur), gateway@KLIA2, Terminal KLIA2 (Landside) - Set Meal

2. Aerotel Kuala Lumpur Level 2M, gateway@klia2, Terminal klia2 - 1hr Solo Plus

3. Plaza Premium Lounge KLIA2, Gateway (Aerotel) Level 2M. Terminal 2 - Lounge Use 3 hrs
*
The 3 locations u mentioned in Terminal 2 are next to each other:

1. Flight club has minimal seating, can get packed, focus is on eating.
2. Aerotel is to shower and nap.
3. PPL is to rest and relax. Some food and snacks, free beer.
