Windows sound setting to emit to both speakers

I have an audio file which inherently plays sound to the left speaker only.
Without editing the audio file, any possible way to emit the sound to both left and right speaker by changing settings on Windows sound settings? TQ |

 Try to play with MPC-HC, go to option > internal filters > audio switcher > enable custom channel mapping. For example the only only play on channel 2, you just tick 2 on Front Left and Front Right. |
