before this i took some weight loss pills, which also contains caffeine, which i got google also la... it say caffeine increase metabolism which help weight loss.
But this got some so called patent stuff.. dunno what is it.

also some youtube video doing test say jump up to 1.0 to 2.4 of ketosis meter or something (lol) totally new to this

I just tried like 5 packs only which i "took" from my friend after trying it once. I didnt do any keto test which i think i should or even measure my weight.
I just feel the caffeine effect which include biting nails. and cannot sleep (lmao) most important is that like my digestion improve. (this one might be the placebo effect which the other dude mentioned)
but of course i also took less carbs. i felt some energyla.. no proof yet. might be placebo effect .

Are u a trainer or an experienced ketosis guy??
Really hope to cut some budget on spending on a different product.

did some research on youtube. I went and google pruvite keto scam and not much came out.. some say bs but the comments say otherwise.. hmmm
