If u r a heavy GAMER, dont buy this phone, buy honor play if u r a photography enthusiast, dont buy this phone find used/refurbished google pixel xl. There are better phone for gaming n photography at this price range. This phone is for normal people, casual user. This phone is jack of all trade, best screen, best brand/after sales service, future proof USB TYPE C, Netflix ready widevine L1, big battery/ among the best battery life, reliable software/less bug,/never had any GPS issue like the previous mid range king phone brand, cheapest phone with wide angle lens camera.
cons: average performance for gaming n photography, on par with kirin 710, helio p60/70 but lose to sp 660.

Conclusion.huawei, oppo n vivo in danger losing their mid range market share to this phone for offline sale. Even now u can preorder samsung A 30 for less than rm740, imagine that if previous samsung phone price drop trend continue, after one month u can get a30 for less than Rm700 which very good value for money. Xiaomi not so much affected. Those who priorities gaming n camera should go for redmi note 7.

Dammit. Too late to pull the triger. Miss the shopee 10% discount voucher that can be use to purchase A30 for rm656 only.

Manage to bought one a30 yesterday for my relative at shopee. Price rm709 minus 10% discount voucher rm70.9 then minus rm30 shopee coins total cost rm608. Better deal than any redmi/realme/honor /asus deal yesterday.

My estimated price A52 4G 256GB rm1399-1499. A72 4G 256GB rm1799-1899

Based on their current marketing strategy, after 1-2 month they will launch 128GB version at cheaper price for online sales only/e-commerce.

5G version, hv to wait another 3-4 months. They dont wnt to cannibalized their S series sales.

I was told about that price by samsung experience store SA. He also told me that A72 5G coming too but price not yet confirmed. My estimation A72 5G probably will release 1-2 month after 4G version launch.
I think they want to clear out S20fe exynos stock first.

Im planning to get one either A52/A72. Already sold my poco x3. The reason i dont go for redmi note 10 pro is because of Link to windows apps which currently only available for samsung devices. Plus 4 years guaranteed security update

Yup u get 5G but almost everything else downgrade compare with a regular a32. I dont think we will have a 5G coverage nationwide for at least 3-4 years. So no point having a 5G phone if u cant fully utilize it.

My prediction, a52 will become bestseller phone worldwide this year. I believe they will release cheaper variant soon, 6+64gb or 6+128gb to counter xiaomi/realme.

Use hair dryer to dry out ur phone charging port. I used to wash/sanitize my phone almost everyday due to covid scare last year and always get that moisture warning until i dry ther charging port using the hair dryer.
