At last in 2019, Samsung finally fight back to all Chinese players that have been invading left and right especially for smartphone market below RM1,000. Samsung J series are not really competitive in term of specs and pricing. Thus, here comes the A series and M series for 2019....
Who is the target user: A20 seem like lite edition of A30. Unfortunately due to little price difference & lower resolution, A30 seems like better buy...
Guys, just relax, please refrain from attacking each other. We are here just to share the issues related to new series from Samsung.
There is no perfect phone but I am just glad Samsung finally wake up to really compete with all players. As mentioned by other forumers, AMOLED screens, big battery, ultra wide camera and aggressive price really are win win for consumers.
I can see Huawei / Honor start adjusting pricing on their lineup, and I am happy for that. So just share any issues related to Samsung only but be sensitive to other brands, thanks

Guys, need recommendation. Currently I'm using Mi A1 and plan to change to either Nova 4e or Samsung A50. Which is recommended? TQ.
Good question, both phones have similar price and spec. So it depends on the difference: the screen and battery....if you want to try AMOLed and longer battery then A50, Huawei should have slight advantages on photo quality and glass casing
Yeah, M series supposedly target online sales with even aggressive price ...but seem like Samsung Malaysia price it similar to A series, thus at the moment, I find A30 and A50 offer best bang for the price ....
A20 meh.....
A10 still OK for budget user (at least double the storage compared to Redmi7, Xiaomi MY really )
Guys.. anyone here on unifi mobile? The network signal fluctuates a lot on my A30... can reach no signal.... then got signal again... same area inside my house... my other honor 8x phone no issue..m
You can try other telco's sim card and see. Another way to troubleshooting is to disable LTE and convert back to 2G/3G to test the network....let me know the outcome
Guys, I saw the A20 in technave... It has 720p resolution. Does the screen look that much difference from 1080p reso?
The thing is the price difference between A20 and A30 only RM100; for RM100 more you get Full HD, extra 1GB Ram and double storage....better top up to A30 especially if u shop around u can get A30 for RM50 less
