Looking for a new phone and considering A73, still worth to buy? I rarely play games on phone, and even if I do it's not those games which require high performance.

I don't need it urgent, but just wondering if I should wait for the rumoured S22 FE or S23 FE..

Seem s22 fe cancelled. Maybe will have s23 fe. Advantage of the flagship is u will have DeX desktop mode, which is surprisingly good.

As long as it meets our budget, Sammy products is so far reliable for long term usage (especially Snap SoCs) ... We can explore the Fan Edition (FE) if there is stock left...

Exy SoC cannot be priced as high as Snap SoC. It should be the same SRP level with MediaTek SoC.... If below RM1,300, then, it is worth to get mid-range Exy SoC.... else, better get the Snap778 series...

Might be UFS 3.1. Seems like there's no definitive source for the exact UFS version being used.

Some say 2.2 some say 3.1 but based on actual tests by users on Reddit, I think it is 2.2.

Ya lo. I'm contemplating A54 vs poco f5.

I like the 4os + 5 years security updates.  Only thing with a54 is will the hardware cope with 2-4 android updates and lag like hell?

Based on all the reviews so far. the A54 is an "OK" phone. It is not great at anything it does, it is just OK at everything.

The experience will be similar to the A53 as it is just a minor upgrade, micro stutters right out of the box with some improvements after a few updates. Do note that while the A53's performance has improved a lot compared to when it first launched, it did not eliminate the micro stutters completely.

Also worth mentioning that, yes, it will receive 4 major android updates but you have to be aware that it will not receive all the features that these major updates will come with. There will be some features stripped down to keep the performance up and to sell the next iteration of the phone.

M series used to be very good until they chose to use exynos.
