Some are opened seal, some are not, i not sure why, checked warranty all valid from date out for delivery

I open it on my samsung A7 2016, now just serve as alarm

If you use phone OTA, i don think you can direct update to latest version if you left too behind, you need update almost all available update

Use pc smart switch, OTA cannot must update many time
Last time my mom buy A30, when that time Android 11 is already release,
When we unbox it still running Android 10, try check update only trigger security update,
Not remember wrong 3rd update is Android 11
