My wife is using Y7000 I5 9300H + GTX1650, and I like it quite a lot due to the minimalistic design and not that flashy like other gaming laptop. However, can I know if this laptop is futureproof enough? I'd like to play next gen GTA in low/medium setting.

It hasn't really started but I did try to look at the free gifts for now, it's the 24' monitor. Free yo. Around 5k for the lappy and the monitor around 1k is indeed free.

i ordered on 1st june after the sales confirmed can arrive within 2 weeks. I placed order instantly then now it shows 3rd July for ETA

complaint to them on their FB ad, but then they just say no parts have to wait.

Guys, my y7000 suddenly switched off 30 minutes prior to typing this. I couldn't turn it on for a few minutes and the light indicating if it is charging wasnt even on.

I tried again few minutes before and it turned on. This scared me for a bit cause I thought my laptop was dead. Anyone know what the reason could be so I can prevent it in the future? I wasn't even doing anything intensive, I was just browsing the web.

well if there is a valid reason and official complaint to some bodies like the NCCC I believe it can be done. else what if they delay till year end only give us the laptop and new models are just round the corner by then?

I hope that is not the case. The email I received from pre-order mentioned the collection date from the the store I selected is 11th - 31st July

i think for this pre-order promo is different, cause its COD at the store, not delivered using courier from China directly

Last night I tested the custom build options for legion 5 15 which mentioned "within 2 weeks". This morning it's "more than 8 weeks". 

I want to sell also. Anyone interested?
