i don't think 5600H+3060 Legion 5 Pro 2021 will be priced that low though, you want to wait and see?

FYI Legion 5 2021 rumoured to launch only after RTX 3050&3050Ti has announced (ETA June)

btw my model is 82B10092MJ

erm looks normal to me...i guess you used to slightly blueish tint, everyone has different preferences

take note: some games do not support colour profiles, also there is night light function in Vantage

wanna ask something that might not be quite relevant to the thread.

i need to get a a new laptop and the new Legion 5 (2021 version with Ryzen 5000 and RTX30) is very tempting, but we are all not sure when exactly it will be launched, even though Legion 5 Pro is reportedly already registered here with SIRIM

Is it advisable to wait for this laptop or get the Asus TUF A15 (new 2021 version) with similar specs, which is already available now?

the new TUF still runs hot due to slow fan speed (auto, no fan control)

Legion 5 2021 rumoured to launch around June after 3050 and 3050Ti has launched

hmmm....weird issue considering it is an Asus laptop.

I read on Lenovo's website that the new Legion 5 would be launched in March in the US. Not sure when it will arrive in Malaysia though.

As mentioned before it's not urgent yet, still can wait 2-3 months.

However, after doing more reading, like you said the new gen Ryzen chips mostly won't be this cheap. If that's the case, then probably can't get a laptop of this spec at this price range anymore? For this similar specs with newer gen CPU/GPU maybe it'll be closer to RM6k?

yeah, and the performance increase isn't the same as seen in Ryzen 5000 desktop due to L3 cache issue

the main thing is newer GPU

still can get for around RM5k-6k

How is the Lenovo on-site support?
Is it fast and good?

Read some bad reviews about HP onsite support

used to be OK but probably due to covid, mixed reviews now - many ppl can't wait parts and demanded for 1 to 1 replacement
