Dear guys/ gals,

I'm looking to buy my 1st house and i have a few questions regarding the SPA & Loan Legal Fee.

Q1 : Usually the lawyer will require the buyer to make payment for these 2 types of fee on which stage? i.e during the signing of SPA agreement? OR after the signing the agreement

Q2 : Is the lawyer handling the SPA and Loan Legal Fee can the same person? or needs 2 different lawyer?

Q3 : Does the lawyer allows us to make the payment for SPA agreement and Loan Legal fee after I have withdrawal EPF money from my account? My intention is to use the additional of 10% allowable from EPF withdrawal to pay for it?
