Who win:-
Government = more tax
Kroni = more rent their taxi, driving school that get PSV
Taxi driver = more potential customer?

Who lost:-
Grab part timer = no more extra income
Grab company = loss lot of driver their money machine
Customer/rider = higher fare, may force to ride taxi more often
