Is there any TM Unifi Mobile staff here?? I finally did a very clear n understanding n a final result. For Unifi Mobile VoLTE , it's doesnt have any problem with all others handphone. At first I tot was only my Galaxy S10+ problem, so end up I go to Samsung service centre. When I reach there, the service centre say have to depends on Service provider, so I tested infront of him. At first, i show him on my S10+, it doesnt show VoLTE, so he say that unifi no VoLTE. Then when I take my S8+ and put it in, its show VoLTE, he silent and saids my S10+ got problem, then I straight take my sim and put into Note 10+, Note 10E, A9, S10, every phone in the service centre, it doesnt show VoLTE , but it doesnt related with the phone firmware, even my S8+ is the latest firmware, I also used my wife S9+ to test, it doesnt show VoLTE at all. But if put it into Huawei, it's show, but I dunno how about the latest phone. Would like to ask Unifi Mobile, is it that you guys havent unlock /upgrade VoLTE firmware on samsung latest version?

Now my question is, my S10+ is VoLTE support. I put in Umobile and Digi sim card. It's show VoLTE. But when I put my Unifi sim card, it doesn't show VoLTE. Who can answer me this kind of technical problem?

Digi = Band 1, 3, 7, 8

Celcom = Band 3, 7

Maxis = Band 1, 3, 7

Umobile = Band 1, 3, 7

Webe/Unifi = Band 5, 38, 40

Yes 4g = Band 20, 38, 40, 41

Rm15 for 2gb only is quite expensive

Band 5 is the main spectrum ... Band 38/40 are just "bonus"...

Band 38/40 coverage is based on "luck"...LOL... If the smartphone shows LTE+ or 4G+ on the signal status, it is connecting to Band 38/40...

Then some1 from UF needs to poke their Webmaster to update this page...

But it's not. I tried manually setting to a few LTE bands yesterday, but cant make or receive calls. So there has to be a specific band TM uses for VoLTE

Is that SMS mentioning something like asking you to turn on VoLTE with the steps?

If connect to 4G must on volte or else will fall back to 2G

If totally can't recv call then something is wrong.. or signal issue

Mind that even I get full 2G bars I still failed to recv call or sms sometimes.. problem with network I guess

The strange thing is the exact same Simcard that has stopped being able to hop onto 2g on the Android phone, once swapped into an old physical keypad 2000s phone, the 2g hops on well and fine. Once swapped back to Android can't 2g again. The other simcard of mine on another Android also same issue, swapped to keypad ancient phone it works like magic swapped back to Android the technical log will show For Emergency Calls Only (x bar). Meaning they seems to be blocking modern phones for 2g while still whitelisting the ancient keypad phones? Is this what's happening? Everything still works as of Mid Nov, 2g on Android that is. Emailed their CS answer is to go and change Simcard at TmPoint ONLY IF is the phone has NO Volte Support. They can't answer what is really going on.

4g can neither make nor receive calls as it falls back to 2g, I can't get the VOLTE enabled which maybe phone specific incompatibility or otherwise. Clueless TM Helpdesk said to change SimCArd at TmPoint if sure your phone can't support Volte. I have not change it. I just took the damn sim and put into those ancient keypad phones and use as for making receiving calls purpose for the moment.
