Hi, for the unifi bebas, can it be cancelled anytime? I can't seem to find that T&C. I am planning to use it for a couple of months only.

Bebas is prepaid. Don't use, don't pay. No usage for 90 days, it will be terminated.

Live chat to UM CS, they may be able to cancel/terminate the number. I did once a long time ago, but don't know they would do it now.
Otherwise, you could wait for 90 days for it auto termination.

Noted, thanks guys

Coverage is poor. In some areas, sometimes can't use 4G LTE and sometimes no connection to internet (in KL/PJ area).

Meanwhile, my main SIM which is Tunetalk has no issue at all using LTE anywhere I go.

Thanks, will look at tune talk too!

Hi, i'm considering to port out of Hotlink to unifi bebas prepaid that has long validity. This is my 2nd number i don't use it, i just keep it because i like the number and it's mainly for my TAC only.

Is this porting a good choice? Assuming if i don't like unifi bebas can i port out again to another network (prepaid)?

U can take the cheapest package is mainly for TAC only. Yes, so far it's promising.
*
Cheapest prepaid package you mean is top up anytime and keep the line active only right? That is my understanding of unifi bebas.

Can port out later to another prepaid if not happy? Or must be to postpaid only?

oic..okay then, if u choose #bebas then yes, that's way better too. just now i am talking bout postpaid.
*
Ok, in that case i better go to tm point to MNP and save the Rm10 too, thanks.

How is the topping up while i'm abroad? Can it be done?

Why not? It's just an app anyway and can be accessible around the world as long as have internet connection.

bebas does have expire date. dont use for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days. bebas system will trigger expire date
Keep using, bebas system auto renew for next 90 days
*
Hi, if you do not use for the first 30 days and may be use it on the 65th day, can the voice/data still be used? Or you need to top up first?

Like Hotlink, has this validity period where if i don't top up, line is still active but can't call/sms.

unifi bebas come with 90 days active validity. no grace period. day 1 -> 90 active. day 91 expire sim card terminated. but u may ask tm unifi mobile to reinstate.
Any usage/call/sms/reload at any days reset validity to next 90 days.
Valid for #bebas ONLY

> line is still active but can't call/sms.
Nope. That not active. It call grace period. Valiid for hotlink and most prepaid. Yes prepaid have double validity. BeOne reload RM10 get 30 days validity

Your Service(s) Lifecycle
Your top-up amount will determine the number of active-days to make calls, SMS, and access to the internet.
After the Active Period ends, you can only receive incoming calls and SMS'. During the Credit Grace Period, all balance from credit & Mobile Internet passes will be suspended from usage.
You must top-up to resume full Service(s). Failure to top-up before the end of the Credit Grace Period will result in line termination.

Thank you for the detailed reply. I don't really plan to use this number since it will be my 2nd line (going to port out from Celcom postpaid) so it looks like unifi bebas is the best option. Perhaps will just call/sms/surf once within 60 days to keep it active.

Hi guys, just got my line activated. How does the bebas complimentary work since it is only valid for a week? I see 3gb data also there.

For calls, I guess it is pay per use. So reloading is mainly to buy call/data pass?

Hi all, my mum is still using this hotlink youth club plan and basically tops up Rm33 yearly to keep the line active. She has wifi at work and at home therefore she never changed to a postpaid.

Is this plan a good option? Since there is perpaduan plan now, i thought may be Rm30 for 180days is not bad and calls can be pay per use.
