Mine purchased on 20 Mar 9:10pm still haven't get the free item. Support yesterday told me to check after 24 hours and log support again if still not available.

Last night live chat said they will fix within 24 hours and get me to contact support again if solution not resolve. Just now contacted live chat again and she said they will fix in 3 working days. She also mentioned everyone is having the same error now and advise me to buy quota add on if want to use internet as taking another weekly pass and they can't fix my problem.
