Guys I’m unable to get OTP for BigPay. Just did port out today. Anyone else having this issue ?

I’m having issues with being unable to connect my MacBook Pro to unifi mobile hotspot via my iPhone. Every day I need to switch both devices on and off multiple times and play around with the Bluetooth settings till it can finally work. Mobile data apn and personal hotspot apn has been typed with the word unifi.
